Inside Yemi's Olympia Prep

The morning: hydration and cardio

Yemi's days started early. The first thing in was a serving of Hydra Flow, getting fluids back on board after a full night's sleep, before heading straight into cardio.

Cardio done, it was time for the first meal of the day: Cream of Rice in White Chocolate Hazelnut and Salted Caramel Whey Elite. Simple, easy to digest, and, importantly during prep, easy to repeat day after day.

Health first: the daily foundation

Before that first meal, Yemi worked through his health stack: Organ Defence, Circulatory Complete and Glutathione Complete, alongside his Vitamin D3 & K2 and a daily Multivitamin. At this level nothing gets left to chance, because a healthy body is a responsive body.

Into training: fuelling the session

Meal two was another bodybuilding staple, chicken and rice, before moving towards his training window.

For his pre-workout, Yemi ran a pick-and-mix of Mega Pump Elite in Grape and Conviction Elite, dialling in the pump and the drive he needed heading into the session. Through training, he sipped Essential Gains in Berry mixed with Hydra Flow in Grape to stay fuelled and topped up from the first set to the last.

The evening: recovery is non-negotiable

As the day came to an end, Yemi's focus shifted to recovery. His evening routine brought in Supreme Sleep, ZMG, Ashwagandha and additional magnesium, helping him wind down and make sleep a genuine priority.

“When you're training hard, dieting hard and trying to bring your best possible physique to the stage, recovery isn't an optional extra. It's a necessity.”

The takeaway

That is one day. Now repeat it, over and over, for months on end. The structure, the consistency and the attention to the small details are exactly what it takes to earn a place on the Olympia stage.
