Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to any subscription or deferred purchase made through Conteh Sports (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing a subscription or selecting a deferred purchase option, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Payment Details

By entering into a subscription or deferred purchase, you authorise us to securely store your payment details using a trusted third-party payment provider. Unless you choose to pay in advance, your selected payment method will be automatically charged for each scheduled delivery while your subscription remains active.

Product Pricing and Discounts

Any subscription discount offered at the time of purchase will continue to apply for the duration of your active subscription, unless otherwise stated. This includes situations where you pause, skip, or amend your subscription (such as changing product flavour).

We reserve the right to adjust product pricing at any time. If any changes affect your active subscription, we will provide at least seven (7) days’ notice via your account or through our website before the updated pricing takes effect.

Delivery Frequency

By subscribing, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically according to this interval unless cancelled or amended at least 24 hours before the next scheduled fulfilment.

You will receive a reminder prior to each renewal, giving you the opportunity to make any changes before your order is processed.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard on our website.

Alternatively, you can request cancellation by contacting us via the contact form available on our Contact page. Please include your order details to help us process your request efficiently.

Please note that orders are processed quickly. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled for that shipment. However, you can still cancel future deliveries at any time.

Where a cancellation is successfully processed before fulfilment, any applicable refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to seven (7) working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Subscription Adjustments

You may pause, skip, cancel, or modify your subscription (including changing product options) at any time up to 24 hours before your next billing or fulfilment date.

These changes can be made via your account dashboard.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Any subscription order that has already been processed and dispatched cannot be cancelled. In these cases, please refer to our Returns Policy once your order has been delivered.

Right to Refuse Cancellation

We reserve the right to decline cancellation requests that fall outside the terms outlined above.
