How to use Protein Elite

Add one level scoop (30g) to 200-250ml of water in your shaker. Shake thoroughly. For greater accuracy, use weighing scales.

To make the perfect whey drip: Mix 1 scoop (30g) with 35–50ml water, adding gradually until smooth. Drizzle over oats or cream of rice.
