Delivery

  • UK Standard Delivery is free on orders over £50.
    Orders under £50 are charged at £4.99.

  • Yes.
    Next Working Day Delivery is free on orders over £100.
    Orders under £100 are charged at £6.99.

  • Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days and is fully tracked with EVRI.
    Next day delivery arrives the next working day via DPD, as long as you order before the cut-off.

  • Order before 3PM, Monday to Friday, and your order will go out the same day.
    Anything after 3PM is processed the next working day.

  • Orders placed after 3PM on Friday are dispatched on Monday.
    From there, delivery follows the usual timelines. For example, next day shipping would arrive on Tuesday.

  • Yes.
    You’ll get a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
    For next day delivery, DPD will also send updates by text or email, including your delivery window.

  • Yes, we ship worldwide.
    All international orders are sent on a delivery duty unpaid basis, so any customs charges or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We use EVRI for standard delivery.
    DPD is used for next working day delivery, including a one-hour delivery window on the day.

Ordering

  • No. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

  • Contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the address.

  • Please check your tracking information first. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Yes. We offer a 10% welcome discount when you sign up to our email list. Be sure to subscribe to stay updated on future offers and promotions.

Returns

  • We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • No. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used products.

  • Please contact us via the form on our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide the next steps.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • If your item is faulty or you’ve received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.

  • We do not offer direct exchanges on supplements. If you need a different product, please place a new order and return the original item in line with our returns policy.

Subscriptions

  • You can subscribe to selected Conteh Sports products and receive them automatically at your chosen frequency. This ensures you never run out and may include a subscriber discount.

  • Yes. You can manage your subscription at any time through your account, including changing delivery frequency, skipping an order, or updating your details.

  • Yes. There’s no minimum commitment, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account.

  • You’ll be charged automatically before each scheduled delivery, based on your selected frequency.

Mega Pump

  • Mega Pump Elite contains high doses of premium pump ingredients like GlycerSize and L-Citrulline.  These are hygroscopic, meaning they naturally absorb moisture from the air, which can cause the powder to clump or harden over time.
